We are pleased to announce that the Active Kids program is now live.
It’s an initiative by NSW Government to help families meet the cost of getting their kids into sport and active fitness and recreation activities. The program will enable a claim of up to $100 per school child, per calendar year, as a voucher.
The Ramsgate RSL Junior AFL club under the umbrella of the AFL NSW/ACT, is registered as an Active Kids Provider.
How to apply for an Active Kids voucher
Go to https://www.service.nsw.gov.au/ and click on “Apply for a voucher”. You will need to have or create an account with service NSW. You will then be required to enter details of your child. The voucher that you claim can only be used for one sports registration at any time during the calendar year (up to December 31st 2018).
Who is eligible to claim?
Every child (4.5 – 18 years old) enrolled in school from Kindergarten to Year 12 will be eligible for an Active Kids Voucher.
What to do once you receive a voucher?

- Select the number of children you need to pay registration fees for.
- If it asks, enter your email that you registered under.
- Enter your password. If you have forgotten your details, click the “Forgot?” link below the password window.
Auskick
- Click on http://www.aflauskick.com.au/#/centre-finder-panel
- Select the number of children you need to pay registration fees for.
- If it asks, enter your email that you registered under.
- Enter your password. If you have forgotten your details, click the “Forgot?” link below the password window.
If prompted for a four digit pin please enter your child’s date of birth in the following format DDMM (eg. 1810).
