I recently advised of the passing after a short illness, of our good friend, fantastic volunteer and Ramsgate identity Mal Simpson.

Together with other local sporting clubs of which Mal is a Life Member, we are holding a benefit night on Saturday 4th May to assist Mal’s family. It will be a great night with bingo, trivia, raffles and auctions.

As you know Mal gave his Saturday’s and more during AFL season for 23 years on the BBQ, the last 14 years while his children were not playing. Mal’s wife Barbara also gives her Saturdays to time keep at all home games. Please join us on the night and give generously, Mal and Barbara Simpson always have.
